      Thanks, Tina! With the exception of a couple of the salad photos, all pics were taken with my iPhone 5. I’m quite impressed with the results as well. Sad to think someday cameras may become obsolete!

      I like spicy fish, and I make my own sauce – sriracha, oil, honey, salt and pepper. I leave the shell on while grilling to retain more spice!

    MMmm … fruits, vegggies and a variety of salads are all my favorites. Love the photo’s so much. They are vibrant and bright and delicious.

      Thanks! One of my favorite ways to make carrot salad is super simple: grate a few carrots, toss in a handful of raisins, then stir in a little honey and lemon juice. Proportions can vary depending on how sweet you like the salad. Hope this helps! Checking out your entry now…
