The Food of French St. Martin – Part 4, Dining In

When we visit St. Martin, we enjoy dining in almost as much as dining out! Love the cute kitchen I get to cook in:

Come on in….

All the local and imported products make for some wonderful home-cooked meals…

Of course we do a lot of grilling…

We even grill the bread! Yum!

I use a simple marinade method – Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Add a little spice rub too.

I always try a few new breakfast ideas as well:

Like Piña Colada French Toast

And Exotic Fruit Crumble

Many easy, tasty lunches, snacks and side dishes…

Then, sigh, the clean up…

And a nightcap!

Champagne

Bon appetit!

Thank you! I’d be happy to cook for you, Elizabeth. Come on over. 🙂

  2. Were you back again this year? We love the Caribbean but Hawaii is still our favorite. Travel to Hawaii is just so expensive.

Yes Richard, we go every year according to my husband’s requirements. 😉 You are right about Hawaii – a perfect paradise, but tough for us to get to as well. Guess we have to make do. 🙂
