Of course we do a lot of grilling…
We even grill the bread! Yum!
I use a simple marinade method – Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Add a little spice rub too.
I always try a few new breakfast ideas as well:
And Exotic Fruit Crumble…
Many easy, tasty lunches, snacks and side dishes…
Then, sigh, the clean up…
And a nightcap!

Were you back again this year? We love the Caribbean but Hawaii is still our favorite. Travel to Hawaii is just so expensive.
Yes Richard, we go every year according to my husband’s requirements. 😉 You are right about Hawaii – a perfect paradise, but tough for us to get to as well. Guess we have to make do. 🙂
