Mint

Did you know that one pound of mint oil will flavor 135,000 sticks of gum? The oil is extracted from mint using  a steam distillation process and is highly concentrated.

        Nice! Fresh mint is great for tea. I like to put a sprig in iced tea, or serve with fresh fruit.
